Southampton Boat Show offers fun for all, with boats, water sports, marina in Europe's largest salon and shopping. The event highlights new developments in boating and attracts visitors with demonstrations and fun activities.

Southampton Boat Show has something for everyone, with 500 exhibitors and exclusive products. marina in Europe's largest trade fair attracted a record 127,000 visitors in 2007, and this year - the 40th edition, which seems to be equally popular.

Ellen MacArthur sailed into Southampton for the boat show aboard her new B & Q trimaron, one of his first public exhibition in 2004. The 2005 edition included a beach with sand imported capital in the event. The 2007 edition provides the chance to see HMS Bounty, the ship featured in Pirates of the Caribbean. Exhibitors at the Southampton Boat Show consist mostly of boat builders, boat owners, corporate catering, sailing companies launching new products.

Organisers recommend visitors travel to the exhibition by public transport.

The PSP Southampton Boat Show is located around Mayflower Park / Town Quay SO15 1HJ Southampton.

Southampton Bus Station is 5 minutes walk from the exhibition entrance. The closest bus stop at the Showground are in the Bargate / High Street area Quay / T own. There is a free link 'City' bus that runs between Southampton Central train station and the city which is near Bugle Street Quay every 15 minutes.

Southampton Central Station is the main closet. Use platform 4 exit off at the Boat Show. It is a 10 minute walk to the Showground or you can take the free bus link to the City Dock in the city.

There are 10,000 parking spaces in the downtown area in both public and private parking.

Ticket prices for adults - are £ 17.50 in advance and £ 20 at the door Children (5-15) free with paying adult 60 +, students and disabled people pay £ 15
