The look, feel, and sounds of A 5th wheel The beauty, luxury, the pride of a fifth wheel trailer, it just makes you beam. For those of you who have never experienced the joy of taking a fifth wheel for a turn, I will try to paint the picture of what you feel and what you hear when you take on the RV.
Starting the engine
Technically, not a 5th wheel motor, but we must pull them somehow. For us, the journey begins when we crank our Ford F350 one ton. When that happens to diesel engine purring, our blood starts running. We need a diesel truck for other things, but it sounds different when we start the engine of our trip. We hear and know that we are about to escape the real world for some time.
Cruise the road with trailer trailer
The next thing you need is to imagine how it feels to pull a 5th wheel. Although the trailers are large (32m long), they attach to the truck body for legs. It seems that the trailer is one with the truck and the truck takes it as if it were a feather.
The bed attachment turns the sail smoothly too. There are no awkward turn as you get with a team. The trailer glides along right behind the truck, slicing into the corners like butter.
Commune with nature at home
Drawing up a campsite, we are surrounded by trees. The trees, rivers, streams and wildlife which is what we seek. The blue of the sky during the day and the stars of endless night allows us to get out the lawn chairs and commune with nature. On sunny days, we pull out the grill and we have a good old barbecue.
But the best part is that we can do it all with the comforts of home. Exactly. The best part of a 5th wheel is its atmosphere. When you have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and shower all in your trailer, it's like your house with you. (We even have a washer / dryer in case we want an extended holiday.)
interior wooden floors and leather
As an added luxury, we have leather furniture and wood flooring in our RV. The look and smell of leather makes us feel as if we were on vacation. The spacious interior means that we can stay as long as we want without bumping each other.
If all this sounds like your idea of a dream trip, so you can feel the smooth ride and supple leather, if you can hear the hum of the engine and the song of birds, and you can see yourself communion with nature, then a fifth wheel trailer is for you.
