Carb-o-Lite Awnings

Carb-O-Lite is an innovative new awning that is not only sustainable, but is attractive in its design to add a stylish and modern to a patio, carport or window coverings. An intelligent alternative, Carb-O-Lite Awnings provide protection to 99.9% against UV rays while letting in light and heat retention. Designed as a complete system of roof waterproof and with its solar control reflects light "cool", which may not dissimilar to a neon light in an office.
Carb-O-Lite Awnings are attached to walls or Fairings with only the arms of the best quality and support. Carb-o-Lite is available in five colors each with variable light transmission.

The sealed system

The rubber gaskets are manufactured from high quality EPDM. Our standard color is black. The rubber gasket is used for H and U Capping the end. This requires a bit of moisture to allow the rubber sheet to slide over it more freely.

The section of aluminum or "H Bar measures 50mm wide and 16mm. All screws are placed in specially designed single groves above the section. It is specially designed with single grooves on the top of the section. All screws are placed in the groove. When entered the screws do not touch the sheet while still allowing a gap big enough for the leaf can expand and contract in the section. This is called the depth of the rabbet. To allow the bar to be folded and bent it is made of a soft alloy.
