Home ECHO? It is a small cottage you put on your property to the house of an elderly parent? Where can I buy one? I found many articles about what they are, but can not locate businesses in the area of PA that sell or rent?
You can find them by typing "discounts". "Tiny Living Spaces" or "small living spaces, workshops and warehouses. You can get plans to build or buy a kit or delivered to your home. There are 1,000 's to choose from .. . Good research.
I hope you find something you like.
I often look at the pictures and dream of the "What-if" to have some of these cute little cottages / sheds.

Thank you very much. It turns out that our district does not allow it, but I thank you for your response! Flag
Sounds like a dog house or something, why not let them live in your house?
God bless you for wanting to keep your parent safe.

You will find many to choose from.
All I can say is to ask Home Depot. I know they have screened porches .... but I'm afraid to put an extra cottage (only) on a property for a senior, tied or even if you do not see them all the time because as they age, they may or dementia Alzheimer's and go. It would be better if you add a room or use a spare room for the time that the elderly person has left to live, or if they like to do things their own Howe about an assisted living facility (ALF)? Sometimes, seniors beginning of things like trying to rewire the house when you do not watch if it would be better if they were in your place the next door. These days too old to get taken. I was just afraid to give them a house next door.
I saw some on e-bay.
