Travel Trailer Tips

Travel Trailer TipsBuying a recreational vehicle (travel trailer) advice?

Me and my husband are looking to purchase our first travel trailer. Are there basic things that we need to seek advice or any other person could give? We think a '05 or '06 and no more than a 32 '... Thank you in advance for advice!

Yes, if buying a new one, please take the time to read and understand the warranty, which is the responsibility of the seller, who pays in case of failure of the road.
Pay particular attention to the warranty on the "slide outs" if they are contained, and appliances.

I hope you can find a good deal and I wish you many happy traveling.

Check the tires, they should all be of the same brand and tread type. Trailers do not require special tread design to monitor and do not hesitate.
Check the status of holding tank for visible damage, and these things can be fixes that will not take long, and tanks can run over $ 400.00 each.
Again, if it is used private owner, special attention around exit slides as they can be a source of expensive water damage, and make sure the slides correctly
