What is the best type of van used to buy there? I saw the Town and Country, Mazda MPV and the Windstar I have three children and one to help me look so I need something to start. I want something I can drive for an extended period with less mechanical problems. I want something good like the city and the country or the minivan, but it is not the most important aspect. If anyone can he please give me some imput I would really appreciate it.
Well, between the minivan and Windstar, Ford will have more space, while the MPV is a factory warranty more details <DEPENDING <year. If you buy a minivan 2002 or later he will have a 5-speed automatic transmission and pretty decent fuel economy. The Town & Country has a proven technology and is also a good choice.
With regard to mechanical problems, one car is as good as how the previous owner took care of him. I would like to make an assessment of the vehicle to see what the condition of the van before making a decision. I'll give you a link to the free site for used cars for evaluation. If you have any questions, please email me at Yahoo Answers. Good luck and good shopping car!
Hello, I myself am looking for a minivan right ...... go to Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports and look for reminders and feedback from previous owners of certain models. I decided for myself that I'll probably end up with a Toyota Sienna ... a bit expensive but their reliability and longevity seems to be worth the extra money. The best minivan for less would be a Dodge Caravan or similar .... still a bit expensive, but good reviews. I researched the research Windstar ... nice, but the 1999-2002 models seem to have transmission problems. Avoid the Nissan Quest .... my friend had one when new .... parts and parts prices were ridiculous! Look on eBay for the models and the prices they are fetching before heading to the parking of cars ...... choose a particular model and features ..... many have expensive options you may or may not need .... such as televisions, DVD players, rear a / c, etc. The basic models are a bit cheaper, but if you want all this extra, it is available, but you'll pay for it. Good luck!
