Used Tent Trailers For Sale

Used Tent Trailers For SaleWhat size generator should I be looking to use in my camper to dry camp? Approx. costs used or new??

Heres a list of what I want to run

Lights
Refrigerator
Toaster Oven
TV
DVD / Playstation 2

Depending on how you juggle the load and the size of your refrigerator, a generator of 2500 watts should be more than enough.
Check your local newspaper or websites selling (www.kijiji.com) for generators used. I personally avoid the low-end Chinese built. However, if you only use it for a few hours per year and do not count on it for anything important, you can find the prices attractive.

You may want to consider how to connect the generator to the tent-trailer, and other security issues. Read my generator page for other ideas.

Add the power of what you will use. I think if you have these items on at once, a minimum of 2500 watt generator. 3000 watts would be better. Starting from $ 350 for a generator made in China or $ 800 for a decent work Honda generator.

As contributor mentioned.

Approximate total power you need. And I would like to increase that by 50%.

Here's a good link. I bought several generators of this company. Have not had any type of issue with them. They are extremely reliable. Relatively quiet, too.
